2.What material?
Inflatable games is made by PVC Tarpaulin. The material pass the ASTM, EN71 requirement about flammability and toxicity.

3.Can you print my picture or logo on the products?
Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop, Coredraw or Illustrator.

4.Can you design one specially?
Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

5.What included in products?
It is included inflatable games, repair kit(including the same colors material, glue), which is basic, The blower, ground sheet and others is optional.

6.What kind of guarantee you give?
We supply two years guarantee for our inflatable games counting from the day when you receive them. But if there is samll damage, you can use the glue and material to repair it yourself.

7.Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?
Our blowers have passed the certificate of CE, UL and GS.

9.How do I pay?
We accept TT and western union.

10.How do you start the order?
We will start your order after receiving the deposit payment which is 50% of total payment. When order is finished, we will show you photo for your confirmation. So please clear the balance before we send out the goods.

11.Delivery time?
Normally the delivery time is about 10 days for one unit, but if you place the order at rush season, the delivery time might be longer, we will confirm with you when place the order.

12.Shipping?
Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 6-15 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.
Courier(express) need 3-5 work days from Guangzhou to most countries in Europe, America and Asia.
Sea shipment is various as to the ports all over the world, so please check with us before you place the order.
